The Burnley Waste Water Treatment Works (WwTW) is owned and managed by United Utilities. It has the compact CambiTHP - B2 unit installed and has a sludge treatment capacity of up to 4000 tonnes of dry solids per year. The biosolids after final dewatering is used for land application.
