Pontiac - Clinton River
Formerly known as the Pontiac Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Clinton River Water Resource Recovery Facility is the second plant in the United States to use Cambi's compact and modular B2 system. It is managed and operated by the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (WRC).
A modernisation project was approved in 2015, which eventually involved a Cambi unit installation. The thermal hydrolysis process has since then significantly reduced biosolids volumes and handing costs for the facility, among other benefits.
