The project began in November 2018 and is extended until December 2021.  With reimbursement allowed up to 50% of actual project costs, the maximum grant value is 915,000 NOK. The Norwegian documents available for download are General Terms and Conditions, Subsidy Regime I and II - Procurement Appendix, and the signed contract for Colombia.
